Description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE Full-time. Evening/Night shift Tuesday - Saturday 3PM - 11:30PM. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Associate degree in healthcare information technology business or related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Required
Bachelors degree in computer science information systems healthcare cybersecurity information technology engineering business or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

Two (2) years experience in a 24/7 operations service desk SOC or NOC environment. Preferred
Experience in healthcare setting. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation certified. Preferred
