DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE Full-time. Evening/Night shift Tuesday - Saturday 3PM - 11:30PM. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Associate degree in healthcare information technology business or related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Required
- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems healthcare cybersecurity information technology engineering business or related field. Preferred
Work Experience
- Two (2) years experience in a 24/7 operations service desk SOC or NOC environment. Preferred
- Experience in healthcare setting. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation certified. Preferred
