Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Print documents and prepare mailings
- Pack and label outgoing shipments
- Manage mailboxes and perform light clerical tasks
- Keep the front counter and workspace organized
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Friendly dependable and professional
- Comfortable using a computer and printer
- Able to stand for shifts and lift light packages
- Packing customer shipments
- Must be able to pass background screening to meet California requirements for Notary Commission and LiveScan certification (required for this role)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have):
- Experience at FedEx UPS Staples PostalAnnex or similar
- Prior experience in retail or shipping
- Commissioned California Notary
- PostalMate software experience
