Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead lithography process migration and optimization to ensure performance yield and stability targets are met.

  • Analyze and resolve process variations equipment compatibility issues and critical parameter deviations. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and production challenges.

  • Develop and execute project plans defining scope schedule and resources in alignment with organizational standards.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives identify optimization opportunities and coordinate cross-functional resources to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers. Organize status updates alignment meetings and manage conflicting objectives.

  • Influence stakeholders strategically to ensure requirements and changes are properly managed.

  • Identify and assess project risks dependencies and constraints. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when necessary.

  • Prioritize and resolve technical process or logistical problems to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintain project status reports and prepare review presentations with key insights and recommendations for decision-making.

  • Evaluate deliverables against initial goals at project closure extract lessons learned and drive adoption of project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master degree or above in Optics Physics Materials Science Chemical Engineering or related fields.

  • Experience in lithography process or equipment applications or in generic project management.

  • Familiar with lithography equipment and process parameter optimization.

  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices and ability to lead others within projects.

  • Proficient in project management and data analysis tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in English for technical and project-related communication.
