Job Summary

We are currently looking to contract with a LCSW that is passionate and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of clients grappling with various types of health challenges in the Bal Harbour Aventura North Miami-Beach Key Biscayne. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services to clients including assessments counseling and therapy sessions.
- Arrange home visits to evaluate a clients health home environment and family interaction.
- Counsel clients going through crisis; often helping clients deal with loss and illness.
- Help clients manage challenges in their lives.
- Create a plan to improve a clients situation.
- Research and provide information on community resources.
- Conduct interviews and follow-ups with clients to ensure the plan for improvement is effective.
- Maintain accurate reports and records.
Job Requirement:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
- Must have 2 years experience under license
- Must have CPR certification
