The role

  • Full Time Continuing
  • Level 6 - $92025 to $99538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Orange(Bloomfield campus)

As the Clinical School Services Officer you will be responsible for the overall operations and logistical leadership of the Rural Generalist Programs (RGP) aligned clinical school.

You will be working alongside the School of Rural Medicines Rural Generalist Team and collaborating with other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective operational delivery by providing high level administrative support to academics and students. You will also be providing support to the Head of Clinical School to ensure the Clinical School delivers an exceptional student experience whilst meeting medicine program goals objectives and reporting requirements.

This role requires you to travel around the clinical school location and surrounds as such a NSW valid drivers license is required.

About you

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate integrity and commitment to providing quality customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to prepare reports for senior leaders and committees
  • Exceptional organisational planning program management and problem solving skills to achieve work objectives and meet deadlines
  • A relevant degree; or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education training and/or experience
