What Youll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the HP Indigo V12 working closely with regional field sales teams and established partners.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers including C-level stakeholders understanding their business needs and delivering tailored value propositions.

• Take ownership of regional sales performance consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors positioning HP as the preferred partner for digital label solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management R&D Marketing) to deliver innovative solutions and support both pre- and post-sales activities.

• Represent HP at industry events trade shows and customer meetingstravel up to 50%.

What Youll Bring

• Proven track record in high-end capital equipment sales within the labels packaging or printing industry.

• Deep understanding of label manufacturing workflow processes and financial acumen.

• Strong project management skills and experience supporting both presales and post-sales activities.

• Excellent communication teamwork and relationship-building abilities.

• Minimum 23 years of product sales experience in a relevant specialty.
