StretchLab is looking for a dynamic people-first General Manager to lead our growing Connecticut studios. Founded in 2015 in Venice CA StretchLab has redefined flexibility training through one-on-one science-backed assisted stretching. With a team of certified Flexologists trained in anatomy kinesiology and movement science we help clients move better feel better and live longer.
Now over 400 studios strong nationwide were continuing to expand across Connecticut and were looking for talented leaders to grow with us.
What Youll Do
As General Manager youll oversee the full scope of studio operations from sales and team development to client experience and community engagement. Youll lead by example building a high-performing mission-driven team that delivers exceptional service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership growth through strategic sales outreach and partnerships.
Lead and develop your team from sales reps to certified Flexologists fostering accountability and motivation.
Manage studio operations including scheduling budgets inventory and vendor relationships.
Execute marketing initiatives and community events to boost brand awareness.
Ensure every client receives a premium personalized experience consistent with StretchLab standards.
Analyze performance metrics (sales retention utilization) and identify opportunities to improve results.
Maintain a clean organized and positive studio environment that reflects our culture and values.
What You Bring
1 years of sales and/or fitness leadership experience.
Proven ability to hit (and exceed) targets and to coach others to do the same.
Exceptional communication skills across all channels.
Strong business acumen and organizational skills; comfortable with data and technology (ClubReady experience a plus).
A genuine passion for health wellness and helping others live better lives.
Professionalism integrity and reliability in every interaction.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $52000-$58000 (commensurate with experience)
Commission Bonus Opportunities based on performance
