Crystal Tractor needs talented and outgoing individuals to join our sales team. We support Kubota Mahindra CFMOTO STIHL Takeuchi GRAVELY & Land Pride. Training programs are provided for your guaranteed success. You bring the right attitude and we will provide the right training.

Qualifications:
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- High personal achievement standards
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models.
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Complete quotes return email/voicemail other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Support online customers through our eSales office.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
