Job Summary
Expression of Interest Assistant Team Leader - Construction (2IC)
Works and Operations are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from employees interested in a secondment opportunity in the position of Assistant Team Leader Construction (2IC) starting from approx. Monday 24 November 2025 until Friday 27 February 2026
If you are interested in submitting an expression of interest please address the following criteria in your submission:
- Solid experience in a civil construction/maintenance role including road and drainage construction concrete construction and civil maintenance and knowledge understanding and experience of road engineering work methods employed on civil projects;
- Ability to read and interpret design plans for civil works;
- Ability to undertake material quantities and survey calculations;
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate work with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements; and
- Holder of a current MR Licence.
This position is in Grade 5 of Councils Salary system $1356.37 - $1570.53 per week plus superannuation.
