In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager Bankstown you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customersfocused empowered and committed to keeping things simple. Each day youll go above and beyond to:

• Develop lead and execute business development strategy for both existing and new to bank customers.
• Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals including obtaining and analysing business and industry information and ongoing portfolio management.
• Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
• Support the delivery of the local areas performance as measured through customer advocacy financial metrics and employee engagement.

• Substantial experience in business banking and/ or relationship management within a financial institution.
• A commitment to strong risk culture conduct and compliance risk.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong capability in building both personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
• A broad knowledge of banking products and services including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
• The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring.
• Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
