Our opportunity
We are looking for our new MPL Operations Agent to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Creation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting;
Understanding of external factors impacting Customers supply Chain &understand their sense of urgency service needs drivers and desires;
Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able torespond with suggested solutions;
Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smoothexecution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle including the inland delivery by working closely withthe customer as well as internal stakeholders;
Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevantdeviations from the transport plan including potential solutions oralternatives;
Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus onproviding solutions;
Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers.
