Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and maintain the overall software architecture across multiple projects and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers engineering teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural approaches and patterns that support scalability reliability and maintainability.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship to development teams on best practices.
- Ensure architectural decisions consider security performance and compliance requirements.
- Document architectural standards decisions and guidelines for internal use and future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in software architecture systems design or technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle design principles and architectural patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.

- Versatility across multiple domains (e.g. web mobile cloud enterprise systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentoring and elevating engineering practices.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
