We are now seeking a full-timeMerchandiser (Knitwear)to join our team.

What youll do is to......

• Support product development for new knitwear styles from concept to sample stage.

• Create and maintain accuratetech packsincluding design material and construction details.

• Source and manageyarn trim and accessory suppliersto meet design quality and sustainability standards.

• Coordinate withfactories (China Cambodia Sri Lanka Bangladesh etc.)for sample development and ensure all timelines are met.

• Communicate/liase/build/support/expand supplier networks forinnovative yarns trims and technical materials.

• Work closely with designers and technicians to translate creative ideas into commercially viable products.

• Manage multiple accounts and serve as the key liaison betweenoverseas customers and Asia-based suppliers.

• Ability to work cross-functional with internal and external teams

• Support communication cost negotiation and development follow-up directly with international customers.

• Stay current withmarket yarn and material innovationsto identify new opportunities and support creative development.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handover from design to bulk production.

• Prepare and track product development calendars samples and reports for management review.

You will thrive in the role if you

• 5 yearsof relevant merchandising experience insweaters/knitwear ideally from an Asiamanufacturer or trading company; retailer-side experience is an advantage.

• Proven experience in bothMens and Womenssweater knitwear acrossLifestyle Contemporarycategories (activewear experience a major bonus).

• Strong US and Europe market experiencewith customer-facing account management responsibilities.

• Excellent technical knowledge ofyarns gauges stitches and finishing techniques.

• Tri-lingual proficiency: English Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills; able to work directly with overseas brand partners and Asia suppliers.

• Sourcing and product developmentexperience with strong supplier network.

• Capable of working independently in afast-paced MNC environment managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Highly organized with exceptionaltime managementand attention to detail.

• Curious adaptable andstrategic mindsetwith a passion for innovation.

• Open to occasional travel to factories suppliers and overseas customers.

• Outgoing and collaborative personality with a solutions-driven approach.

• Passion for AI innovation and technology platforms
