Here is what you need to know about the job:

We are now seeking a full-time Product Developer (Knitwear)to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Create CADs mood boards color stories and concise presentation layouts.
Prepare tech packs and support fittings revisions and development comments.
Coordinate with factories in China Cambodia Bangladesh Sri Lanka etc. to ensure sample timelines and development accuracy.
Support yarn stitch trim and material sourcing; assist with supplier communication and follow-up.
Work closely with internal design merchandising and yarn R&D teams to translate creative concepts into commercially viable flat knitwear (sweaters).
Assist with customer communications sample tracking PD calendars and basic cost negotiations where required.
Research knitwear trends yarn innovations and performance technologies to introduce fresh ideas.

Requirements

Knitwear / sweater design background is essential understanding of stitches gauges garment construction and yarn types.
Strong CAD Photoshop Illustrator and Canva skills.
International exposure is mandatory.
15 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Open-minded proactive and energetic with a non-local mindset.
Strong communication organization and time-management abilities.
Able to manage tight timelines cross-cultural communication and supplier coordination.
Experience in performance wear or athleisure is a plus.
Passion for innovation new materials and technology platforms (AI 3D etc.).
Good command in English Cantonese or Mandarin.

Strong grasp and pulse of current market trends social media happenings.
Strong in-person oversea customer presentation and cross-cultural communication skills
