This position is located at our new Bellingham store - an exciting addition to the Mercurys family and a key part of our continued growth across the Pacific Northwest.

What Youll Do:

  • Support the Store Manager in all daily operations including service quality and team performance
  • Assist with hiring training and developing team members in alignment with company standards
  • Lead by example to ensure an exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards
  • Help manage scheduling inventory ordering and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean organized and positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and labor regulations
  • Act as the Manager on Duty when needed making sound decisions to support smooth operations
  • Foster a fun inclusive and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 years of leadership experience (coffee or food service preferred)
  • 1 years of coffee/barista experience
  • Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • WA State Food Worker Card (required)
  • Availability to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
