This position is located at our new Bellingham store - an exciting addition to the Mercurys family and a key part of our continued growth across the Pacific Northwest.

What Youll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in all daily operations including service quality and team performance
- Assist with hiring training and developing team members in alignment with company standards
- Lead by example to ensure an exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards
- Help manage scheduling inventory ordering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health safety and labor regulations
- Act as the Manager on Duty when needed making sound decisions to support smooth operations
- Foster a fun inclusive and high-performing team culture
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 1 years of leadership experience (coffee or food service preferred)
- 1 years of coffee/barista experience
- Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- WA State Food Worker Card (required)
- Availability to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
