Lead Specialist Learning and Development

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversee design implementation and maintenance of learning databases.
• Ensure data accuracy security and integrity of the Learning Management System.
• Manage logistical aspects of training programs including scheduling resource allocation and participant coordination.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
• Curate organize and update learning content to align with organizational goals.
• Implement content delivery strategies that enhance the overall learning experience (ex. design modules create job aids design SharePoint).

You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.You plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
• At least 1 year of Program Management Support or Training Coordination experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in database management administration and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Skilled in Project Management Stakeholder Management Vendor Management and Communication Management are a plus.
