Salary:26712 per annum

Hours:Full-time 35 hours per weekMonday to Friday

Contract:Permanent

About the role

Our Housing Services Coordinatorshandle a wide range of enquiries from rent queries and repair requests to housing applications and tenancy management. Working closely with colleagues and local partnersyoullensure our tenants feel supported safe and connected to their communities.

As a Housing Services Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels.

• Managing housing applications income collection and tenancy services.

• Resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possible.

• Coordinating repairs and estate management activities.

• Maintainingaccuraterecords and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
