DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
Digital Marketing Analyst will develop a strong foundation across multiple paid advertising initiatives ranging from paid advertising on social networks to search engine marketing. The overall objectives are to increase brand and product awareness and support demand generation marketing activities at a global level. This role is achieved by means of working closely with the Global Paid Media Manager and the NA Digital Marketing lead to set up paid advertising campaigns and analyze campaign performance by using custom reporting templates and tools.
Acting as a support role the postholder will follow instructions and project requirements to deliver campaigns reports and other materials in a timely and responsible manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Analyst professional include but are not limited to:
- Support in setting up paid advertising campaigns on dedicated platforms (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn 6Sense Meta etc.).
- Monitor the performance of Paid Media campaigns regularly and propose ways to optimize the main metrics.
- Use the reporting tools and templates available (Google Ads Google Analytics Power BI and other dashboards) to analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports on any requested level (campaign ad ad group keyword etc.).
- Be prepared to generate and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and insights as requested or in accordance to business needs.
- Contribute to keyword research activities for purposes related to Paid Advertising and SEO as needed.
- Follow instructions and project requirements to ensure the optimal implementation of Paid Media plans and strategies.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of the main KPIs of the Global Performance Marketing team.
- Develop and maintain good work relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with members of other teams and departments to advance in undertaken projects/tasks.
- Participate in meetings with peers and leaders and provide support when needed.
- Help create PowerPoint presentations and other materials used as visual support in meetings showing Paid Media campaign settings results performance trends etc.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in Digital Marketing and Paid Media best practices trends and news.
- Perform any other task that is not listed above as indicated by their Manager the Marketing Leadership team or in accordance to business needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree preferably in Marketing or related field (Marketing Communications Administration)
- Basic experience in working within digital communication tools (1 - 2 years)
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and flows
- Diligent work habits
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Excel basic/intermediate skills.
- Analytics: Reporting and Dashboards experience (GA4 Data Studio).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English language skills (B1 intermediate written oral)
- Availability and willingness to learn new concepts and acquire new competences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience of ABM (account-based marketing) preferred.
- Paid media platforms experience (Google Ads LinkedIn for Business Meta for Business).
- SEO web and keyword research improving platforms (SEMRush Similar web Alexa etc.).
- Performance oriented (KPI management).
- Budget Management.
- Graphic Design Skills.
- Creativity.
- External providers/agencies management
KEY CHALLENGES
- Working to tight deadlines in peak periods and juggling workload appropriately
