As Executive Manager Data & Operations youll lead the delivery of data analytics and operational practices that underpin Suncorps Internal Audit function. Youll manage a high-performing team drive strategic initiatives and ensure quality reporting to senior management and the Board.

What Youll Do

• Lead the Internal Audit Data Analytics program ensuring robust assurance and insights across the Group
• Oversee audit frameworks and processes driving simplification and automation for efficiency
• Manage planning and reporting cycles delivering high-quality outputs for senior management and Board committees
• Build and develop a diverse inclusive team fostering capability growth and wellbeing
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation using Agile and Lean methodologies

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in assurance risk management or internal audit
• Expertise in audit methodologies risk frameworks and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities supported by commercial acumen
• Commitment to innovation continuous improvement and fostering an inclusive team culture
