Environmental Services Supervisor

Schedule:

Heres what youll do:

• Lead and support the housekeeping laundry and janitorial teams.
• Ensure resident apartments guest rooms and shared spaces are clean and welcoming.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Schedule staff and manage daily task completion.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Monitor compliance with safety sanitation and regulatory standards.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Promote a positive team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure accurate resident billing and support budget adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Heres what youll need:

• 2 years of experience in a related role including supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Friendly attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Computer proficiency especially with Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: $21.05-$26.15 per hour.
