We support clients in managing risk and optimizing liquidity across global trade flows. This role sits at the heart of our efforts to position ING as a leading provider of Trade Finance offering a diverse and impactful product suite that amongst others includes Letters of Credit Guarantees Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Purchase Programs.
Your Role
As a Trade Sales Account Manager (TSAM) you will hold the end-to-end responsibility for managing a portfolio of Trade clients*. Acting as the primary point of contact you will ensure seamless operational execution and relationship stewardship driving consistency scalability and successful delivery of INGs full Trade Solutions offering.
You will be accountable for overseeing Wholesale Banking clients using INGs Trade Solutions throughout the lifecycle of deals won with a strong focus on retaining and expanding existing business through in-contract sales.
Your role is pivotal in identifying upsell opportunities optimizing solution performance and maintaining high levels of client engagement.
