The Position: Our client is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join their growing team.

$55000 - $75000 depending on experience

Requirements:
Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or related field
Current Michigan LCSW or LPC license
Basic Life Support/CPR training according to requirements of license and/or certification
Experience with CBT and Play Therapy preferred

Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday (7:30am 4pm)
Provide individual and group therapy services for students within the Godfrey-Lee School District
Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and document progress in accordance with clinical standards
Utilize CBT and Play Therapy techniques to support student emotional and behavioral well-being
Collaborate with school staff parents and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
Assist the clinical and administrative team as needed
