Job Summary
As Legal Counsel youll partner with HR and other stakeholders on employment-related matters lead legal HR projects and provide hands-on advice. Youll handle global employment issues draft agreements and develop internal legal knowledge your day-to-day you will:
Partner closely with HR stakeholders and external counsels on employment matters including hiring termination policies and employee relations
Initiate coordinate and lead legal HR-related projects
Draft and review agreements and other employment-related documents
Review and assess HR policies employee handbooks and employee-related policies
Assist and advise on employment aspects in transactions like M&A and restructuring
Perform HR-related investigations or examinations
Develop methodologies for retaining legal advice research and templates
Qualifications :
46 years of experience in employment and labor law preferably in a high-tech company or a leading law firm
Israeli bar license
Fluent in English with strong communication skills for drafting presenting and professional discussions
Experienced in drafting employment-related documents and advising stakeholders
Skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of projects
Great communication skills with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders
Deep knowledge of labor and employment law and multi-jurisdictional experience an advantage
