Responsibilities:
We are looking for professionals in instructional development and learning design to support training programs for complex softwaredriven systems. These roles will require the ability to translate advanced technical processes into clear practical learning experiences for users working in accuracydependent environments
Develop training materials for users operating complex realtime software systems
Create clear accurate technical documentation for system workflows and operational procedures
Build digital/eLearning courses with simulations scenarios and handson practice
Deliver focused training sessions that help users navigate highprecision decisioncritical interfaces
Job requirements
Nativelevel Hebrew and highlevel English
Experience in instructional design or training development and technical writing
Background in electronics technical training or relevant technical fields
Ability to work with complex systems and translate technical knowledge into learnerfriendly content
Familiarity with eLearning tools and digital course creation platforms (e.g. Articulate Rise)
Projectmanagement skills
