Global IT Support Specialist

Your influential mission. You will...

• Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotely
• Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
• Track and keep IT assets inventory up-to-date
• Be responsible for installation administration maintenance and troubleshooting different devices
• Troubleshoot network issues
• Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

• Have 1 years of experience in an IT support role
• Have a good understanding of Windows based client environments and Active Directory
• Possess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance
• Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP Network elements and services Wireless and VPN environments
• Are ready to contribute to documentation KB manuals and monitoring
• Have excellent troubleshooting skills out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly
• Are a self-learner able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT field adopt knowledge and use it

Youll get extra points for...

• Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and JAMF management
• Experience in Cloud Solutions (Office365 Azure)
