Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing an overall fantastic service experience for current and prospective clients. You will essentially be the first face our customers see!
- Answer multi-line phone systems in a pleasant and professional manner
- Assist sales staff in daily tasks
- Enter scan and attach all documentation from new and existing leads in the computer program
- Complete all quotes and re-quotes for the sales department and create a list for the sales staff to review
- Create agendas for sales staff that includes all their daily activities
- Effectively communicate with customers as directed
- Manage any job issues that sales staff may receive
- Processes jobs with a signed contracts and release to operations for scheduling
- Verify that all completed tasks/activities have been entered in the computer program and move all uncompleted tasks/activities to the next working day
- Responsible for overall organization and upkeep of showroom including samples literature and supply inventory
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to physically and legally operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to perform frequent wrist hand or finger movements 7hours per day
- Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings preferred
- Construction background preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred
- Maintain a great attitude
- Hardworking dependable goal oriented strong communication skills strong multi-tasking skills self-starter and highly motivated.
Additional Information :
If an offer of employment is extended it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
