Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding:
Oversee and manage the vendor onboarding process ensuring all required stepsincluding documentation collection training coordination platform setup and device logisticsare executed within established SLAs.
Monitor onboarding progress and escalate delays or blockers to relevant teams for resolution.
Collaborate with sales onboarding and marketplace teams to ensure a seamless and timely transition from signed vendor to operational readiness.
Identify gaps in the onboarding funnel and work cross-functionally to implement process improvements that drive vendor activation rates and time-to-launch efficiency.
Incubation & Zombie Vendor Performance:
Monitor and manage incubation and zombie vendor performance metrics.
Implement corrective actions to improve vendor engagement readiness and activation rates.
Ensure execution excellence by aligning internal and external stakeholders around performance improvement initiatives.
Device Management:
Oversee device shipments to newly onboarded vendors and manage SLAs to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with logistics and IT teams to ensure proper device configuration tracking and inventory.
Manage the collection and deactivation process for devices from churned or inactive vendors.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes focusing on reducing SLAs and enhancing vendor experience.
Lead root-cause analyses for recurring operational issues and work with cross-functional teams to design and roll out solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track vendor operational KPIs.
Analyze trends and performance data to proactively address issues and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with compliance legal product and local operations teams to align process improvements with business requirements.
Support marketplace expansion and transformation projects with vendor-related inputs and execution.
Continuous Improvement & Project Support:
Participate in process reengineering initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methodologies.
Contribute to business case development and pilot testing for new tools or workflows.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in business process optimization strategic planning or related fields ideally in vendor operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify improvement areas.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project implementation.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
Basic project management experience using tools like Jira or Asana.
Good communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
