- Day-to-Day running of the restaurant Lounge Lobby and Mezzanine
- You will be responsible for the Onboarding on new members of the team
- You will be required to give relevant SOP updates to senior management
- You will be responsible for training and developing the waiters on the floor
- Food Knowledge
- Beer Knowledge
- Wine Knowledge
- Upselling / Suggestive Selling
- Emotional and Engaged Service Management
- You will be responsible for driving Ennismore/Hoxton initiatives
- LQA
- Dis-Loyalty
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Competitions
- You will support the Bar management team when necessary.
- You will conduct team member chats
- Performance Reviews
- 1-2-1 Chats
- Formulate work schedules for the team.
- Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with cash control procedures.
- Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
