We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead a team of skilled manufacturing operators and be the primary contact for equipment set up troubleshooting process improvements and suggested technical this role you will be the primary liaison between manufacturing production teams engineering quality safety and process excellence to ensure collaboration. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible to provide technical training to line level employees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of manufacturing principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process including scheduling production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement and quality assurance to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within the manufacturing operation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new products processes and technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering manufacturing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications for production planning and reporting.
