- Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover
- Manage coordination between design consultants contractors client stakeholders and operators.
- Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and operational objectives.
- Manage contract administration programme scheduling change management cost plans cost control and projections.
- Identify and report risks and early warnings; and implement mitigation strategies.
- Report regularly to the Project Director and Client on project progress risks and key decisions.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement including local authorities and community representatives.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 815 years of project management experience ideally with exposure to public venues campuses or commercial developments.
- Experience managing high-specification architecturally driven functional developments.
- Strong technical understanding of mega structures for large venues CSA and specialist lecture theatre / hall systems.
- Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills.
- Prior experience on large span structures / buildings lecture theatres systems integrations.
