The Opportunity
As Flywire continues to scale globally we are strengthening and evolving our compliance framework to support secure compliant and frictionless payments worldwide .
We are seeking a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team in Vilnius supporting key activities such as KYC transaction monitoring sanction screening and ongoing risk oversight.
This role plays a critical part in protecting our platform our clients and our regulatory obligations while contributing to the continuous improvement of our compliance controls .
What Youll Do
- Support all compliance activities for onboarding new clients including gathering information from public sources conducting adverse media checks and reviewing client websites to understand their business and associated risks.
- Own the periodic refresh of client KYC .
- Assist with transaction monitoring and investigations identifying unusual activity and reviewing potentially fraudulent transactions using partner platforms online research and payer communications.
- Support sanction screening reviewing user matches against international watchlists .
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance issues are managed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in compliance-related operations.
- Solid understanding of KYC principles and red flags across simple and complex business structures (Travel and B2B experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English; additional languages welcome .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication and global collaboration capabilities.
- High attention to detail able to work independently in a fast-paced flexible environment.
- Comfortable escalating challenges when appropriate and managing shifting priorities.
