As rapidly expands we are looking for The Operational Risk Analyst to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be working together with operational risk manager but will have personal goals and responsibilities mainly consisting of outsourcing risk management Self-assessment process and business continuity management.
- Maintenance of Operational Risk Policies and Procedures;
- Oversee Incident Management Processes;
- Identify Assess and Monitor Operational Risk;
- Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies and Controls;
- Provide Training and Support;
- Prepare Risk Reports;
- Contribute to Other Relevant Elements of the Banks Operational Risk Management Framework;
- Suggest Improvements and Changes;
- Keep Abreast with the Regulatory Environment and Emerging Trends;
- Improve and Enhance Operational Risk Management;
- Participate in the Preparation of the Business Continuity Plan;
- Coordination of Risk Control Self-Assessment Process;
- Contribution to Business Continuity Management Framework Development;
- Oversight of Outsourcing Risk Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 year experience in banking sector in operational risk management/analysis;
- Knowledge of main laws and requirements in operational risk DORA Outsourcing;
- English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication;
- Self-motivated to grow as operational risk expert;
- Neat and punctual;
- Track record of implemented projects would be nice to have.

- Salary 2500-3700 (gross) which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies;
