Head of Engineering

Were seeking a Head of Engineering to oversee software design robustness and timely delivery ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires balancing technical leadership and project management to drive complex projects and optimize team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks for the team and maintain high standards in software design reviews.
• Define project scopes and influence Product and Engineering direction.
• Maintain code quality and system uptime optimizing technical metrics and enhancing visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve challenges across boundaries.
• Shape strategic direction create roadmaps and communicate plans and outcomes within the organization.
• Introduce new technologies to enhance scalability and reliability mentoring team members and sharing knowledge.
• Lead recruitment cultivate talent and contribute to technology branding through open-source projects and speaking engagements.

Leadership:

• Set vision and direction aligned with business strategy.
• Build a high-performance team culture recognize and reward outstanding performance.
• Develop team members providing growth opportunities and fostering a collaborative Agile environment.

Qualifications :

• Agile Development and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Continuous Integration/Deployment Technology Strategy and Cloud Computing.
• Secure Web Development AI/Machine Learning and Microservices/SOA.
• APIs/Web Service Integration Change Management and Technology Governance.
• IT Risk Management and IT Asset Management.
