We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for our CPQ/CRM Solution Sales Executives. This is a focused strategic prospecting role supporting one of the highest priority solutions in the business.
What You Will Do:
Develop and own new business outreach into target accounts across EMEA
Identify and engage senior stakeholders to understand their revenue and quoting challenges
Create qualified opportunities and partner directly with CPQ/CRM Solution Sales Executives to advance deals
Work with leadership on territory planning account prioritization and outbound strategy
Manage inbound interest and marketing-sourced leads while maintaining high follow-up standards
Leverage AI-driven tools and data to prioritize outreach sharpen messaging and improve results
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience in outbound prospecting lead generation or a similar pipeline-building role
- Ability to research accounts understand business drivers and position value concisely
- Strong communication and presence when speaking with senior-level stakeholders
- Curiosity and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools to accelerate work and improve performance
- Understanding of SaaS and enterprise cloud concepts
- You will help build the GTM foundation for one of ServiceNows most strategic solutions. Expect ownership collaboration with senior sales stakeholders and a clear path for growth.
