Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join the team at BFI Riverfront our vibrant restaurant and bar in the hottest spot on the Southbank with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.
13.00 per hour approx. 3.50 per hour in service charge
Full-time position (30 hours per week)
The role requires weekend availability with working hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily
About the Host/Hostess role:
- Day to day managing of guest relations providing excellent customer service
- Welcoming day visitors and guests to the venue
- Incoming and outgoing telephone enquires
- Restaurant and bar reservations and enquiries
- Working alongside the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the venue
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with OpenTable and DesignMyNight systems
- A warm engaging personality and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to assist the front-of-house team when needed
