Job Summary

Your Role as Host:
Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.
Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service housekeeping afternoon tea guest requests and evening turndown.
Collaborates with our Spa Estates and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.
Acts as a lead on events and exclusives working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.
Anticipates needs resolves issues with grace and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.
Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury privacy and heartfelt care.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
A natural flair for hosting and a passion for creating memorable guest journeys.
Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Confidence working solo and as part of a close-knit team.
Flexibility initiative and a calm professional presence.
Previous hospitality experience preferred but personality and attitude are equally important.

Salary: from 25480 to 27560
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
