Kids Club Supervisor
The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids club ensuring a safe engaging and fun environment for children. This role involves supervising the team planning activities maintaining safety protocols and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
- Oversee and manage Kids Club Attendants including scheduling training and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all Kids Club Attendants adhere to safety guidelines and child care protocols.
- Maintain a positive engaging and inclusive atmosphere for children.
- Plan organize and lead age-appropriate activities games and educational experiences.
- Encourage creativity teamwork and social development among children.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and safety regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies injuries or behavioral incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance incidents and health concerns.
- Greet parents and children ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs experience and progress.
- Address and resolve any parent complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory of toys supplies and snacks reporting any shortages.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in childcare kids club or recreation in a hospitality or resort environment; minimum 23 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education Hospitality Recreation or related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (Arabic or other languages an asset).
- Energetic creative and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of child safety first aid and CPR certification (mandatory).
