Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Support the redesign and optimization of onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on both experience and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support HR projects ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders across teams.
- Work with tools such as Workday Confluence and Jira to document track and implement processes.
- Organize and facilitate sessions meetings and trainings to strengthen HR processes and communication.
- Contribute to day-to-day HR operations through administrative support and process management.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are looking for a gap year or internship (40h/week) and are available for at least six months.
- You have a structured and organized mindset with strong attention to detail.
- You enjoy working with systems like Workday Confluence or Jiraor are eager to learn them quickly.
- You take ownership and are proactive in driving topics forward.
- Youre confident in communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
