Job Summary

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef seeking a new challenge. Were looking for a strategic thinker who is also hands-on. You will be instrumental in delivering flawless culinary experiences across our restaurant and events offerings ensuring memorable moments for our guests. Your exceptional leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction will foster a vibrant collaborative environment that promotes growth and teamwork.

What youll be doing

  • Building and designing food menus across all facets of the guests food journey complimenting the diversity of our customers.
  • Utilise your extensive skills and proficient management style to both support and enhance product reputation.
  • Engage train and mentor team members through an encouraging and coaching approach creating a career pathway for all.
  • Delivering consistent high-quality food whilst maintaining food costs
  • Driving a cleaner more sustainable future in our all-electric restaurant kitchen
  • Adhering to local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements & will have an understanding of Food Safety management

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years Senior leadership experience in a Hospitality & Culinary Environment
  • High level of communication & leadership
  • Qualifications in hospitality (commercial cookery)
  • An innovative and proactive leader who can inspire a team to do great things
  • A commitment to deliver on and exceed customer expectations
  • Leadership prowess to motivate and mentor your team to excellence.
  • Available to work a rotating 7 day roster including early mornings late evenings weekends and public holidays as required
