We are selectively seeking a Manufacturing Launch Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Requirements

Were looking for quick-learning technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:

• 3 years of engineering experience launching product
• Lighting experience is a plus
• Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines
• To lead new product development through concept design tooling and production readiness.
• Proven results towards continuous improvements
• Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process i.e. product/machine design and build launch quoting price negotiation customer interaction
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere

Additionally were looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in engineering
• 3 years of experience in related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Industry specific experience is a plus but not a requirement
