What youll be doing
Were looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team to be based in either Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane. This is a dynamic hunter-style role focused initially on launching and scaling PEXAs Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solution within the Real Estate (REA) sector - building strong foundations for growth across new markets and products.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving PEXAs expansion strategy - identifying opportunities cultivating partnerships and delivering tangible business outcomes across a fast-evolving ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business: Prospect engage and close new opportunities within the Real Estate market leading with PEXAs AML product suite
- Build partnerships: Develop strong long-term relationships with agencies compliance providers and industry partners through events workshops and strategic engagement
- Deliver results: Create and manage a robust pipeline from lead to close consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate and influence: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and exceptional customer experiences
- Shape strategy: Bring market insights and customer feedback to help refine product-market fit and guide future growth initiatives

What Youll Bring
- 5 years experience in B2B sales ideally within fintech regtech proptech or financial services.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute and data-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Although not essential experience selling AML/KYC compliance or workflow automation solutions and an understanding of the Real Estate or Property Technology ecosystem will be highly regarded
