Create Standards and Implement robust systems to bring plant to benchmark level.
Implement solutions and best practices plant wide partnering with associates across all functions and levels.
Qualifications :
Knowledge
- Knowledge around Standardized Work 5S Pull Principle Leveling (heijunka) Problem Solving Continuous Improvement Cycles Shopfloor Involvement Total Productive Maintenance Daily Leadership Routines Logistics Standardization Quality Principles
- Knowledge around cycle timing and process confirmation
- Coaching shopfloor in Lean Mindset
- Good knowledge in office-applications Excel PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Good understanding of the value stream processes and the impact they have on each other (holistic approach in a Value Chain)
