Were looking for a Sales Engineer (GTM Engineer) a hybrid of sales automation marketing and growth operations to help build the infrastructure that powers Caribous go-to-market engine.
This is not a traditional sales role. Its for someone who loves building systems automating workflows and designing scalable growth processes. Youll sit at the intersection of sales and marketing transforming our manual GTM efforts into an efficient data-driven machine.
Youll define test and automate our sales and marketing processes. Your work will directly drive lead generation customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Youll be a master at using efficient automated processes to generate as many leads as possible for our sales team to convert.
Design Build and Automate GTM Systems
Create automations and integrations across our sales and marketing stack (CRM outbound content etc.)
Turn fragmented manual processes into unified automated workflows
Manage and improve sales data pipelines to ensure accurate insights and reporting
Collaborate and Experiment
Work closely with Product and Sales to design and execute growth experiments
Support the sales process with technical insights tools and playbooks
Proactively identify inefficiencies in our GTM operations and implement fixes
Youll be a master at using efficient automated processes to generate targeted leads for our sales team to convert.
Proven experience building and automating sales/marketing workflows (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Apollo Clay n8n Zapier Make etc.).
Strong understanding of sales processes data and automation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to translate technical work into business outcomes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where experimentation and autonomy are key.
