At W Prague we redefine hospitality. Our guests are more than travelers theyre Connectors and were looking for a Guest Relations Agent who thrives on building unforgettable experiences sparking meaningful interactions and setting the stage for a stay thats anything but ordinary.

This isnt your traditional concierge role. This is your chance to be at the heart of the guest journey from personalized pre-arrival outreach to spontaneous WOW moments. Youll curate local adventures anticipate needs and infuse energy into every stay.


What Youll Do:

Be the face of insider access offering curated recommendations on Pragues hottest spots from local art galleries to hidden cocktail lounges
Create personalized experiences and surprises that leave a lasting impression
Manage check - ins check - outs reservations
Maintain accurate guest preferences and feedback in GXP and ensure continuous follow-up and seamless transitions between shifts

Who You Are:

A natural networker with a passion for hospitality and Pragues dynamic lifestyle scene
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Experienced in guest-facing roles (1 year preferred) ideally in a luxury or lifestyle environment
Detail-oriented tech-savvy and great at multitasking
Enthusiastic outgoing and always ready to deliver the unexpected
