We are looking for adynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partnerto join our team in this role you will act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR teams collaborating closely to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding with a focus on technical roles in manufacturing and engineering. Your ability to proactively identify top talent build strong relationships and create a seamless candidate experience will be key to your success. Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams: Build strong relationships to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding processes to ensure timely and high-quality hires.

  • Proactively source top talent: Utilize job boards social media professional networks and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Develop talent pipelines: Create and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.

  • Coordinate hiring efforts: Support large-scale recruitment initiatives ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational demands.

  • Maintain ATS accuracy: Ensure applicant tracking system is updated with accurate and timely candidate information.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Provide regular updates: Share recruitment progress metrics and insights with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously improve recruitment strategies by leveraging best practices and market insights.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree in psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experiencein technical recruitment preferably in engineering manufacturing or aerospace industries.

  • Demonstrable expertisein sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.

  • Strong understandingof recruitment processes tools and best practices.

  • Fluent in English and Czech.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proactive and results-oriented: Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

  • Experience in the aerospace industryor similar technical fields is highly desirable.

What we offer

  • Annual bonus up to 15% of yearly salary.

  • Monthly contribution of 6% of base salary to Cafeteria or Pension/Life Insurance in addition another CZK 600/monthly to Cafeteria.
