Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Manufacturing support
In this role you will engage with Manufacturing teams to drive cross-functional collaboration to plan execute and track projects under the product line program ensuring alignment with overall business and customer objectives. You will leverage your analytical and program solving skills to resolve roadblocks and to maintain project momentum to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Monitor current processes to ensure desired final output meets standards as per the guidelines.
Prepare layouts process maps to support inspections and build mapping as per requirements.
Collect input requirements identifying any issues with the current process and report out to client and other concerned departments.
Highlight roadblocks and challenges in the current operations and provide weekly & monthly production status report out to client
Provide support to root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for process deviations or quality issues.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Participate and collaborate in adhoc projects running at the client site
Collaborate with operations quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize.
Record and maintain process data accurately in production tracking systems (ERP/MES) used by the business.
Based on the business scenario should be able to mentor the extended team members/new joinees.
Document the process as subject matter expert.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or bachelors degree in aerospace engineering or a related technical field.
Significant experience in aerospace/defense additive/composites industry.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proactive and Value added professional
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement activities.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $77000 to $85000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
