Were looking for ahands-on AI engineering leaderto design build and scale ourGenerative AI and multi-agent ecosystem.
AsVice President AI Engineering youll lead strategy and execution - architecting intelligent systems coding alongside your team and deployingmulti-agent orchestration frameworksthat drive real business impact.
Youll work acrossLLMs vector databases orchestration platforms (n8n LangChain CrewAI) and AWS infrastructure to deliver scalable production-ready AI systems.

What Youll Do
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the companysGenerative AI and multi-agent roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Build and lead across-functional AI team.
- Establishbest practices for orchestration observability and governanceacross distributed AI systems.
- Drive abuilder cultureof experimentation collaboration and rapid iteration.
AI Architecture & Hands-On Execution
- Architect design andpersonally buildscalable AI systems and agents onAWS.
- Developmulti-agent systemsthat collaborate reason and automate workflows using frameworks likeLangChain CrewAI AutoGen or LlamaIndex.
- Integrate and orchestrate agent interactions automate task flows and manage APIs.
- Buildretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)pipelines and connect to vector databases.
- ImplementMLOpsbest practices - model training deployment monitoring and continuous optimization.
- Write and review production-level code ensuringscalability reliability and security.
Product & Business Integration
- Collaborate with product and business teams toidentify high-ROI GenAI opportunities.
- Translate complex business problems especially in theU.S. mortgagespace intoAI agentdriven solutions.
- Build reusableAI orchestration componentsfor automation insight generation and decision support.
- Advocate forresponsible and explainable AI promoting understanding and adoption across the company.
What Were Looking For
- 68 yearsof experience in AI/ML software architecture or data engineering.
- Proven record ofbuilding and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based systemsin production.
- Strong hands-on experience withmulti-agent architecturesand orchestration tools liken8n LangChain CrewAI or AutoGen.
- Solid understanding ofRAG pipelinesvector databases andLLM evaluation.
- Deep experience withAWS AI/ML stack.
- Strong coding skills inPython including integration withOpenAI Anthropic or Bedrock APIs.
- Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills with abias for action and delivery.
- Ahands-on builder mindset- you design code and ship alongside your team.
What Success Looks Like
- AI roadmap and team structureestablished within 90 days.
- First multi-agent orchestration systemdeployed in production within 69 months.
- Scalable secureAI infrastructurerunning reliably on AWS.
- Measurable business impact throughagent automation data insights and workflow optimization.
- Strong cross-functional alignment withproduct data and operations.
