Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting new position for you to consider: our nextSenior Service Operations Manager for the European region.
Curious what this role is all about Lets dive in:
- Establish and optimize service processes across Europe integrating IATF 16949 quality management principles.
- Lead cost-efficiency projects using PMP methodology focusing on service network optimization and inventory control.
- Manage and enhance third-party service partner performance through training and certification programs.
- Act as the key liaison between our China HQ and European teams ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Drive proactive quality assurance by shifting from reactive maintenance to preventive process control.
- Analyze service-related financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Your profile
- Masters degree in engineering quality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales service or project management within the automotive or similarly regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and its core tools (APQP PPAP FMEA SPC).
- PMP certification and hands-on project management experience.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret service-related financial statements.
- English and Chinese C1; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
