The Opportunity:
Were seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable this role youll work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and be responsible for managing all payable-related tasks across multiple entities. Youll serve as a liaison between vendors and facilities maintain current accounts and oversee invoicing functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving past due invoices and reconciling monthly statements.
This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter invoices monthly and disburse payments as needed
- Track and apply credits owed to the company
- Reconcile monthly payable reports to ensure payment accuracy
- Review invoices to confirm proper entry
- Support additional projects as assigned
Required Experience and Skills:
- Accounts Payable experience required
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
