The Regulatory and Identity Services branch is responsible for regulatory systems and functions related to charities gambling anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) digital safety passports civil registries citizenship and identity management.

Based in Wellington the Graduate regulator role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the first step into their career as a regulator in what is a dynamic and interesting AML/CFT regulatory system.
Your main responsibility will be to support the operational supervision of a diverse range of businesses captured under the AML/CFT Act and contribute to DIAs supervision education and monitoring of regulated sectors in a robust risk-based and targeted way. You will provide vital administration and logistical support to our teams; contribute to the groups project work and be engaged at varying levels in the compliance mahi that the AML/CFT operational teams will be outcome focused and enjoy being part of a team who are continuously improving our regulatory practice and performance.
