Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients functional abilities needs and goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients daily living and occupational performance.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
